Amazing service and views!
Just spent 4 nights here for a couple getaway. The staff was super friendly, especially Gerardo, who made us feel right at home! The room was spacious and clean, and the view was killer. The international cuisine at the restaurant was so good, but parking could be a bit tricky at times.

Target audience family with children
I had a decent stay, but it was a bit of a mixed bag. The pool area on the 15th floor was fantastic, nice views, and I enjoyed lounging there after a long day. But I can't shake the feeling of being treated as a push over, especially when I had to ask multiple times about my room issues.
It was pricey but still acceptable, considering what was offered.
